Companies expanding internationally were assembling a committee — a strategy firm, a law firm, a software vendor, a corporate-finance adviser, and someone local. Each was competent. None owned the outcome.

IHITT was built the other way around: one team carrying an engagement from market assessment through to a signed deal and a working platform. The trade-offs get made once, by people who understand all of them.
