How IHITT collects, uses and protects personal data.
Version 1.0 · Last updated
This policy explains what personal data IHITT collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us. There are three places on this site where that happens:
- The contact form — your name, email address, and optionally your company, country and preferred contact method, along with your message.
- The consultation booking flow — the above, plus details about your organisation, objectives, timeline and indicative budget.
- The newsletter form — your email address and which page you subscribed from.
We also record the IP address a submission came from. That is used only to investigate abuse of the forms, and it is deleted on a shorter schedule than the submission itself.
Why we collect it
To respond to you, to prepare properly for a consultation, and to send the insights you asked for. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
- Consultation requests: retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and a period afterwards.
- Contact messages: retained while the enquiry is open and for a period afterwards.
- Newsletter subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe.
- IP addresses: deleted on a short schedule.
Exact retention periods are set out in our internal data-retention schedule and are available on request.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Every newsletter email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
